Extensively engaged in refugees and conflict-affected Internally Displaced People support programs, with successive experience in conflict, post-conflict and humanitarian crises.

Specialized skill in facilitating training and teaching. Have organized several capacity building training to NGO leaders. Taught course on Participatory Development Methods, Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation and Theories on Peace and Conflict to college students. Have enhanced the growth of organization through operational and strategic development. Led in the multi-sector project and program design using both RBM and Logic model. Extensive practical experience in building and maintaining the relationship with government, donor, and implementing partners.
